An Enterprise with an annual turnover that is more than R10 Million” qualifies as a Qualifying Smaller Enterprise (QSE).
A QSE which is 100% black owned automatically qualifies as a Level 1 BEE supplier and A QSE that is more than 50% Black Owned automatically qualifies as a Level 2 BEE supplier.
Therefore a QSE of this nature will only require an affidavit in order to declare its BEE status and not a full verification.
